Roster Management

The official cadet roster is maintained on the Cadet Management System (CMS), accessible at assembly.tamu.edu, it is used for internal Corps operational and administrative tasks.
 
Common Roster Management Tasks

Update Cadet Information
All IM personnel may edit a cadet's information within their unit of command. Simply log-in, navigate to a cadet's profile, and click edit.
Add a cadet to staff
Edit cadet, select apprioriate staff, then click update.
Designate a cadet as cadre
Edit cadet, check "cadre" box, then click update.
Transfer a cadet to a different outfit roster
Edit cadet, select approriate outfit, then click update. If you need to transfer a cadet from an outfit not in your chain of command, you will need to contact that COC IM chain.
Add a cadet
If the Cadet is not on another outfit's roster (search for the cadet via The Report Server), contact corpsim@tamu.edu. Include name, UIN, outfit, class year, and possible reasons why cadet is not on roster.
Reactivate cadet
Contact corpsim@tamu.edu. Include name, UIN, outfit, class year, and possible reasons why cadet is not on roster.
Remove Cadet Contact corpsim@tamu.edu, include reasons why individual should be removed from your roster.
