How to submit a Roster Confirmation

Roster Confirmations are submitted each week by outfit COs to confirm the validity of their outfit roster. All data must be accurate and up-to-date. It is the responsibility of the CO to ensure that the outfit IM chain maintains a correct roster at all times.
 
Roster Confirmations are submitted via CMS and let the Chain of Command know that your roster is correct.
 
To submit your Roster Confirmation:
 
  1. Log on to assembly.tamu.edu/cms.
  2. Click "Submit Outfit Roster".
  3. Review roster for accuracy, have IM chain correct if needed
  4. Click Submit 

To confirm you submitted your roster confirmation.

  1. Log on to assembly.tamu.edu/cms.
  2. Click "View Submitted Roster Status"
  3. Your outfit should be listed with the latest timestamp from the last Roster Confirmation submission.
