TASK ORGANIZATION

           I.        SITUATION:

                                   a.        Friendly Forces: Fighting’ Texas Aggie fish Class of 2013

                                  b.        Enemy Forces: Poor Hydration

        II.        MISSION:

                                   a.        The class of 2013 will march in to Reed Arena for their Freshman Convocation on Sunday 30 August 2009

     III.        EXECUTION

Commander’s Intent:

a.   Concept of operation

1. Units will fall in as if to march in to Kyle Field with only fish, Cadre and Staff being involved

b.  Tasks to maneuver units

                                    i.        Task and purpose

1. Move Unit through designated crosswalks and pathways from the Quad to Reed Arena

                                  ii.        Specific instructions

a.       1^st Wing will provide road guards

b.      Guidons will March In but will not enter Reed Arena

c.       One whitebelt must remain with fish once in Reed Arena but not sit with them, All other Upperclassmen may return upon arrival at Reed Arena

d.      Upperclassmen and fish are to follow all directions given by Corps/Major Unit Staff
 

c.   Coordinating instructions

     IV.        SERVICE SUPPORT

a.   Concept of support

                                                            i.        Location of Assembly area: On the Quad (Football March In set up)

b.  Material and Service

                                                            i.        Supply

1.  class II (clothing & equipment)

1. Summer Class Bravos with Garrison Covers
2. All C.O.’s and Staff Officers will have Sam Browne’s and Sabers
3. No Gloves
4. Guidons will be present

2.  class VIII (medical supply)

1. Assure cadets hydrate before event
2. Provide Self Aid/Buddy Care for heat injuries should they arise

                                                          ii.        Transportation

1. None Required, Cadets will transit safely via Reed Arena March In Route

c.   Medical evacuation and hospitalization

                                                            i.        Procedures

1. Notify Corps Staff/CTO should problem/emergency arise
2. Corps Staff/CTO’s will be on hand should discipline issue arise

                                                          ii.        Personnel

1. Corps fish Class of 2013
2. Corps/Major Unit Staff
3. Cadre
