I. SITUATION:

II. MISSION:
a. The class of 2013 will partake in a friendly Water Fight to promote camaraderie amongst fish classes on Thursday, 27 August 2009 at 1630

III. EXECUTION
Commander’s Intent:My intent is for the freshman class to conduct the Water Fight in a structured but fun manner with no injuries.
a. Concept of operation
- Units will position their fish per the Water Fight Map and upperclassmen will assist Corps Staff in conducting event
b. Tasks to maneuver units
i. Task and purpose
- Move Unit through designated crosswalks from Quad to Spence Park and position fish in designated location NLT 1600
ii. Specific instructions
a. All fish will arrive with personal trash cans (NO metal trash cans) or buckets
b. No fish will steal trash cans from ANY other fish
c. There will be no physical contact between any cadets
d. Notify fish to obtain glasses straps for their glasses, and also tell fish to not bring any personal items that they do not want to get wet
e. All activities will remain within the perimeter in Spence Park as determined by Corps Staff
f. Upperclassmen and fish are to follow all directions given by Corps/Major Unit Staff

IV. SERVICE SUPPORT
a. Concept of support
i. Location of Assembly area: Spence Park (Valley Section near Koldus Garage)
b. Material and Service
i. Supply
1. class II (clothing & equipment)
- PT Gear/Non-Reg PT Gear. fish are allowed to dress up in tastefull attire.
- Corps/M.U. Staff’s will wear respective shirts for identification purposes
- Cadets will assure clothing is appropriate for contact with water and outside activity (Be cautious of white shirts, baggy clothes, etc. This is the responsibility of the Unit Upperclassmen)
- Female cadets will wear a two layers of shirts.
2. class V (ammo)
- Water, Lots of water
- At the end of each round (as indicated by corps staff), Corps Staff will refill all water troths and trashcans.
3. class VI (personal convenience items)
- Glasses Straps for fish with glasses (Required)
4. class VIII (medical supply)
- EMS Team will be on hand for event
5. class X (nonmilitary materials)
- Buckets/trash cans (Non-Metal) for fish to throw water
ii. Transportation
- None Required, Cadets will transit safely across Coke St.
c. Medical evacuation and hospitalization
i. Procedures
- Notify Corps Staff/CTO should problem/emergency arise
- EMS Team is on hand should treatment/extraction be required
- Corps Staff/CTO’s will be on hand should discipline issue arise
- Cadets found arriving inappropriately dressed or prepared, acting unsafe or violating Corps/Major Unit Staff will removed from event and unable to participate with disciplinary action to follow

IV. COMMAND AND SIGNAL
a. Command
