I.     SITUATION:

II.    MISSION:
          The class of 2010 will march-in to Kyle Field on Friday 17 April 2009 to attend Fightin' Texas Aggie Yell Practice.

III.             SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
         

·        As soon as Yell is over, juniors must move to the wall on the track.

·        Juniors may wear khaki shorts with outfit t’s and senior boots with no spurs

·        Stuffed animals, axe handles, plastic bats, fish guidons, or any other unauthorized items are not allowed.

·        UPD will be on hand escorting the Corps.

All cadets should stay together so that the procession flows as one
continuous unit behind the band.  Everyone will march in together to
ensure smooth and consistent entry through the Kyle Field gates.
The gates will close at 2345, so ALL JUNIORS must be sure to enter Kyle Field in a timely manner or they will be locked out.

Inform all members of your outfit about these requirements and
ensure that they attend Midnight Yell Practice.
