II. MISSION
The Corps of Cadets will march-in to Academic Plaza at 0645 Tuesday 21 April 2009 for the annual Muster Flag raising ceremony.
III. EXECUTION
Commander’s Intent: It is my intent that the Corps reverently pays tribute to the colors, the tradition of Muster, and the class of 1959. We will observe and execute the typical Silver Taps protocol with regard to formation and movement. All commands will be given just loud enough to be executed effectively. Cadets are encouraged to eat early chow.

ii. Route of Movement:
1. Corps Staff will lead the Corps of Cadets through the arches, onto Lubbock Street, the Corps will turn right at Coke Street and continue marching onto the academic plaza.
2. 1st, 2nd, 3rd Brigade and Task Force will continue marching towards the NW side from behind the academic building, and will follow the Blue line on the diagram.
3. The band will form behind Corps Staff in the center of the plaza and will follow the yellow line on the diagram.
4. 1st Regiment ,2nd Regiment, 1st, and 2nd Wing will form up on the opposite side and follow the red line on the diagram.
iii. Specified Tasks:
1. Major units and outfits will form in accordance to the following exit diagram.
1. Outfits will align alongside each other on both sides of the plaza.
2. When exiting, 2nd Wing, 1st Wing, 2nd REGT, and 1st REGT will perform column movements to exit the plaza and will march according to the exit diagram.
3. The Band will march behind 1st Regiment to exit.
4. Task Force, 3rd BDE, 2nd BDE, and 1st BDE will march across the plaza and exit according to the exit diagram.
5. Outfits will not break until they have reached the arches.
