II. MISSION
The Corps of Cadets will pass in Review on Sunday, 19 April 2009, at Kyle Field in order to receive unit awards and participate in parents’ weekend activities
III. EXECUTION
Commander’s Intent: My intent is to properly showcase the Corps and its various special units to members of the Aggie family. Units should maintain and enforce proper accountability. Attendance to individual awards ceremony is optional but highly encouraged.

iii. Route of Movement:
1. Corps Staff will lead the Corps through the arches and left
onto Lubbock Street at Heldenfelds Hall. The Corps will turn left onto Coke Street and take a left onto Joe
Routt. They will then march past Rudder, to turn left onto
Houston Street. Once at the Southeast Entrance to Kyle
Field, the Corps will wait for completion of the Individual
Awards Ceremony and for those cadets receiving awards
to return to their units. Cadets receiving awards are to
place their awards on a table set aside for that purpose
before participating in the Review. Outfits that receive a
unit citation may collect individual cords on the south end
zone of Kyle Field after pass-in-review. On signal, the
Corps will march in to Kyle Field and Weekend Review.
iv. Specified Tasks: None
d. Safety:
i. Watch for various hazards along the route.
ii. Make sure that all cadets hydrate due to possible heat injuries
