Corps of Cadets will travel to Arlington and perform a march-in parade on
10/3/2009

a. Commander’s Intent: It is my intent that
the Corps safely conducts the march-in for the football game and continues the
march-in tradition in a manner that displays the Corps’ discipline, pride and
military proficiency.

B. Tasks to maneuver units
a.Task and purpose
1. The purpose is to successfully assemble and
march the Corps near the Cowboy’s stadium in order to portray Corps Unity as
well as to exemplify the Corp’s role as guardians of tradition.
b.Specific instructions
1. At the completion of the march in outfits will
immediately clear the parking lot in order to make room for incoming outfits.

b.ROUTE OF MOVEMENT
1. Corps staff will lead the Corps of Cadets
through the exit of parking lot B onto Cowboy’s way road then will proceed to
take a right at legends way road, the Corps will take another right at east Randol Mill road and take another right to Nolan Ryan
expressway and return to the original muster area. Outfits will break only
after they have cleared completely back into the parking lot.

a. Concept of support
i.
Location of assembly area:
1. Southside
of parking lot B at the corner of Cowboys Way Rd and Nolan Ryan expressway.

Supply
1. Class II (Clothing and equipment)
a. Cadets will wear Summer Bravos with garrison
Covers,
b. CO’s and staffs will have Sam Browns and Sabers.
c. Female cadets will wear trousers
d. Wallets will not be worn
2. Class VII (Major end items ie:
trucks, buses, etc)
a. Buses will be provided to transport cadets to
and from event.
3. Class VIII (Medical Supply)
a. Advise cadets to hydrate
ii.
Transportation
1. Transportation to Arlington will be at the
discretion and expense of cadets.
a. Parking lot B opens at 1200, cadets arriving
early will not be allowed to enter until 1200
b. All vehicles need to be removed from lot B by
1530 or pay the parking fee.
1. Any vehicle that has not paid the parking fee
will be removed
2. If cadets
need transportation to Arlington they will need to muster behind Duncan at 0830
on Saturday, 3 October.

3. If cadets need transportation to College station
they will need to muster in Parking lot B at the location where the corps
stepped off immediately after the conclusion of the march in.

b. Accountability will be taken on the bus both
ways.

a. In case of an emergency cadets are to call 911
and contact a CTO
